MadTwibs encourages you to responsibly submit content. There is a relatively narrow range of content that is unacceptable because such content is illegal or poses harm to others. Submitting any of the following types of content to MadTwib.com is prohibited.

Prohibited Content

  1. Any material in violation of local, state, national or international law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or any unauthorized use of intillectual property.
  2. Any content that is obscene, threatening, vulgar, abusive or libelous is prohibited. Additionally, legal threats, hate propaganda, fraudulent activity and invasion of publicity rights is prohibited. You may not submit content that contains a virus, malware, spyware, adware or corrupt data. Material that encourages violation of law or gives rise to civil liability is prohibited.
  3. Material that promotes or advertises commercial services is prohibited.
  4. Advertising any software, program, product or service that is designed to violate these Terms of Service is prohibited.
  5. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Applicable Laws and Regulations

By submitting content to MadTwibs.com, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations regarding the use of all services provided by MadTwibs.com.

Violations

Any action that MadTwibs.com deems to be in violation of these Terms of service may lead to removal of content you've submitted.

MadTwibs.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
